All praise and thanks are due to Allaah, we seek His Help and we seek His Forgiveness. We seek refuge with Him from the evil of our souls and the evil of our actions. Whosoever Allaah guides then none can misguide him, and whosoever Allaah leaves to stray then none can guide him. I bear witness that there is none worthy of worship save Allaah, the One Who has no partner and we bear witness that Muhammad (sallallaahu ’alayhi wa sallam) is his servant and Messenger.

O Ummah of Islam my precious Ummah

The day we have promised you has arrived quicker than we had hoped, and hastier than we thought. Verily this is the great triumph, its tiding has arrived enlightening the hearts, amazing the souls, pleasing the friends and infuriating the enemies. For here is the state of Islam! verily here is the state of Islam! In the land of the two rivers (Iraq) its body strengthening, its contingent discrete, its banner wavering proudly. Triumphantly with the triumphant, ridiculing the ridicule. Here is your enemy stammering from the mountain crushing catastrophes and calamities that have befallen him, unable to bear the burden or put out its flame, and today he carries his possessions hoping for nothing but to flee. For his tent is faltering and his cauldron has toppled, and the storm of the Mujahideen has uprooted his roots and demolished his pillars and toppled his dreams upon his head, becoming determined on departing and clenching on to defeat, unable to rest and unable to stay, for after all this I can do nothing but to thank the stupidest and most ill-fated president of the states of slavery ,drugs and gambling has ever known across its ages who gave us this historic and great chance bringing his men of expertise and territorial army to the state of ultimate warfare conflict so that the two armies met in a scene which we never would have dreamt or imagined.

So with the power and will of Allah a Muwahid Iraqi farmer who is simple almost illiterate was able with his small explosive device to blow up the American civilization and technology to shreds so that the dreams of Uncle Sam may fly with the limbs and bits of metal scraps.

In the land of water and oil I would like to remind the obeyed idiot that he has managed in a very small period of time to bring back the gallantry of the ancient Persian Empire for he was more of a curse upon his nation than Gorbachev was on his soviet union. Spreading the control of Persia in Afghanistan from which he turned to Iraq opening it treasures for them. After they never dared to dream of a sip of water all of the sudden they acquire its oil and steal its treasures and enslave its men then he made for a third with the land of Shaam terrorizing its Taaghiyah the rafidiite nusairy , still continuing to embargo him forcing him to open his land to hundreds but thousands of Persians so that they may live there becoming the slaves of the dajjaal nasrulaat the so called Nasrullaah who has come out with his acclaimed victory over the peek of the roman war machine. With that the Persian empire is stretching to the lands beyond the river to Iran then passing in Iraq where lies therein Madaa’in and ending with Shaam so I wonder will the Zoroastrian Persians repay the idiot bush who returned there glory days without firing a single bullet or sacrificing a single soldier.

I wonder will the wise men of Rome realize that they have become slaves to Persia, mercenaries fighting but with no reward. For finally here is the American nation taking its first step in the right direction that will save it from its entrapment, beginning to realize that Bush and his administration are nothing but puppets to Israel, they voted for something which is somewhat close to sanity in there recent elections.

I wonder will the politicians keep the promises they gave to there people, so that they make the hearts of the mothers content by snatching back there sons from between the canines of the lions in the land of the two rivers, and will they stabilize the great debt which the economy is going through which was wasted on a stupid losing ill-fated war. Will they realize that the tax payers, pay for the price of the bullet that kills there sons in Iraq.

I say to the limping duck do not make haste to flee as like the haste of your Secretary of Defense that limping dwarf, for we are not yet quenched from your blood, have some patience in the battlefield you coward!!! We know that the Romans are not ashamed of defeat.

O Muslim muwahideen, O mujahideen in the corners of this earth we today declare an end of a phase of one of the phases of jihad and declare the beginning of a new important phase. So we place in this new phase a quintessence for the establishment of Khilaafah and to return the glory to the religion.

O believers, O mujahideen we are not the sons of Sykes and Peacock we are the sons of Muhammad ibn Abdillaah peace be upon him who set up his blessed state in that pure spot Taiba, which stands in the middle of the desert where there is no sustenance, nor water except that which is a blessing from the lord of the Earth and heavens. Did he, peace be upon him, seek to separate and shred the peninsula when he declared his state in Madinah and fought his own people in Makkah. O muwahideen be content for we shall not rest from our jihad until we are under the olive trees in Rome after we destroy the filth house the so called White House.

The place which your brothers have set to be the place of there state is but only from the sayings of our blessed prophet peace be upon him “and he whom enters the house of abu sufyan than he is safe” it is only a stand back for strike and a regroup for an offensive. Do you think that we spilt our blood that we may leave our brethren in Kurdistan a prey to the secularist or in the south an easy meal for the Jews of Asfahaan? Think well of us it is but only a fortress and it is necessary to have limit for every fortress.

I say what is it with a certain people who smile in our faces then stab us in our backs

To those we say we do not deny that we kill a policemen who went to trains under the hands of the Satan of Jordan and then leave those who took the Taaghut himself as a friend, host and minder. Taking him to be of truthfulness and honesty. They gathered around the blood of the martyrs and the limbs of the disabled in secrecy sealing crooked agreements with the invading Americans.

We know those people who sat with the traitor Abdullah in secrecy evem though they declare him a kafir in public in front of the ignorant, and we have the evidence and witnesses to testify.

O slaves of Allaah repent! Repent! And do not betray your deen and your brothers and your jihad for shaytaan I mean the shaytaan of knowledge and power is confusing you.

O slaves of Allaah it is known that every obligation is not done without it being an obligation for it to be agreed upon by the jama’ah. The people of usool have certified in there saying; that which is not done except through obligation is itself an obligation to be agreed upon. For the thwart of the plot of the aggressors and preserving the sanctity of Muslims and more importantly establishing the firm shari’ah of Allaah is not to be done whilst the people are fighting singly differentiating without a leader who unites there ranks, gathers there piece, so they are from one opinion and one heart. Even though the arms may be different in length short and long, weak and strong.

Leave O Muslim brother the sayings of those who say the most important thing is to be united in view and perspective and not to be united in sword and shield. This is against the common nature of minds and against the guidance of the prophet and what the people of Hal and Aqad have agreed upon.

Now that the moment of truth and decisiveness has befallen. To the honored shaykh and to the noble hero, the haashimite Quraishite, the hussanite in descent, the leader of the believers Abu Umar Al-Baghdaady I say: I give you allegiance to hear and obey in hardship and ease, in activity and rest, a binding upon us, and not to argue the issue with its people, to say the truth wherever we may be, not fearing the blame of the blamer. We hereby dissolve all the units we have formed including Majlis Shuraa al mujahideen and on behalf of my brothers in the majlis under the command of the Islamic state of Iraq we put under your command and your direct leadership, 12,000 fighters to be the army of
Al-Qaa’idah! All have given bayah on death for the sake of Allaah and more than 10,000 others who have not finished there preparations yet there eyes are overflowing from tears in sadness for not having the complete capability as yet asking Allaah for us to have accomplished the requirement of victory in terms of both spiritual and materialistic, in truthfulness to the prophet peace be upon him in his hadeeth in haakim’s mustadrak “the best company is 4 and the best army is 4,000 and 12,000 will never be defeated from (lack of) number”

I say to our blessed and beloved leader go wherever Allaah and his prophets sunnah command you. For by he who raises the sky with no pillars if you where to take us through the sea we would take it with you and not a single one of us would turn for we are from today your proud soldiers and your sincere men so take us through what you wish of calamities and tribulations for you will not find from us nothing but hearing to what you say and obedience to whatever you command and the battlefields know to well our ways, our might and our strength so put us in your bow and fire us at your enemy we will shred his liver and bring you his news with the power and permission of Allaah

Our blessed mujahideen brothers the people of akhlaaq and manhajj and deeds you have the disbelievers taste torment and you have rubbed his nose in mud by Allaah my soul is shield for you have been the best of backing and support and the best help and aide and you have enlightened our hearts with your jihad and your deterring of your enemy so may Allah bless you my beloved and my brothers did you not go seeking what we seek did you not seek for Allaah’s word to be supreme and the word of the disbelievers to be inferior are you not spilling your blood to establish an Islamic state if our religion and target is one and our enemy is one so what then makes not be in one line for Allaah loves those who fight in his cause in a straight united line as if they are straightened building so o heroes of Jaysh Ansar As-Sunnah and o lions of Jaysh Al-Islami and O our sons in Jaysh Al-Mujahideen.

O you who where the thorn that aggravated the enemy and faltered his banner and smeared his dignity and gave him the might which engorged his body with wounds and made blood flow from his body. O you who made his days be cursed and made his armies forget there imaginings O leaders of ansar and Jaysh Al-Mujahideen and the rest of the sincere ones our longing for you has increased and our arms are yearning for your embrace. Your brothers are praying to Allah to protect you and for you to give them tidings of the day which you declare what you got them acquainted to from you such as purity in manhajj and clarity of target so you may bless the Islamic state of Iraq and you give allegiance to the shareef as a leader for we are not better than you so that we may go forth and you turn away for we deem you are better than us in jihad and are less interested leadership and are more greedy for reward and we deem you to be more sincere in religion. You have known that it is that which causes the enemy to become angry and to bring happiness to friends abolishing the chance for the enemy from splitting the line and disuniting the word and return his dagger to his own breast and to the breast who sits with him in secrecy losing his religion and his people.

I remind my brothers soldiers of the state with the saying of Allaah O people the promise of Allaah is truth so do not be fooled by the life of this world and do not be fooled by the foolish (dunya) so do not come near to the place of foolishness and stick to the land of eternity the day you see the believing women and men there light flowing from within them verily most people are like lost animals they do not know why they exist and to where they are heading.

Remember that you are fighting to bring the people from worshiping the slaves to worshipping the lord of the slaves for the peek of what you seek is martyrdom for the sake of Allaah for the echo of the sound of the place of one of you in heaven is better than this world and what it contains. Remember that your sent to bring ease and were not sent to make hardship so fear Allaah in our people of sunnah bestow our right on them and put people in there right status especially the scholars and the leaders of tribes and there likes for the farmer in his farm and the worker at his factory and the teacher in his school has the duty of protection upon us we protect there honor and preserve there wealth. We restrain our tongues from them even if they are not from the people of jihad.
For it is not possible for the man to desert his people or his people to desert him.

Be gentle in doing the good and forbidding the evil for its clear that the kafir ba’ath has confused the religion of the people he peace and blessings be upon him said Allaah likes gentleness in all the matter and an A’araabi who urinated in his masjid the people stopped him do not stop him let him finish then he called for water to clean for the deen of Allaah is verily ease and be warned off fanaticism and extremism he peace be upon him said and who ever pulls the religion hard except that religion makes the most of him (i.e. wears him down) and Allaah says and he did not make that which in the religion to a source of uneasiness for you.

Say: "Perish in your rage"

In the Name of Allâh, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

"Or do those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy), think that Allâh will not bring to light all their hidden ill-wills? Had We willed, We could have shown them to you, and you should have known them by their marks, but surely, you will know them by the tone of their speech! And Allâh knows all your deeds. And surely, We shall try you till We test those who strive hard (for the Cause of Allâh) and As-Sabirûn (the patient), and We shall test your facts (i.e. the one who is a liar, and the one who is truthful)." [47:29-31].

Al-Furqan media production presents to you a speech for Abu Hamza al-Muhajir "may Allah preserve him", Minister of Warfare in the Islamic State of Iraq, Entitled; Say: "Perish in your rage"

All praise is due to Allah, the Possessor of the kingdom, Who is the far above inequity, and far from injustice, the alone and forever Endurer, the Hearer of every complaint, the Dispeler of every affliction, and peace be upon he who was sent with sword before the Hour Good, bringer of glad tidings (for those who believe) and warner (for those who disbelieve), and as one who invites to Allah's path by His will, and as a lamp spreading light…

In a fervent struggle that reached its peak between Kufr (infidelity) and tyranny forces and believers -Quran holders-, between arbitrarily and arrogance, and a group of pious and righteous. The world in general especially Jihad arena in the land of two rivers (Iraq) is witnessing a conceptual and creedal deception campaign walks side-by-side with a Crusade and Rafidi (Shiite) military campaign. A campaign that aims; first to efface religion principles, dissolve and demolish the lines between the truth and falsehood and embellish defeatism, subservience, degradation and adhesion to what Allah did not ordain, even if it was American, Rafidi and Jewish constitution not differing from Kufr (infidelity) of its creator nor those who invite to it or accept it, as for the respected scholars who agree with it. "Do they then seek the judgment of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better in judgment than Allâh for a people who have firm Faith." [5:50].

And whenever the arena faces a significant Jihadi development and the strength of Jihad, Truth and pride increases, in return for the falsehood and humiliation call increases. And those criminals started adorning to people a new jurisprudence stating that: It does not harm to be among the leaders of disbelief defending Taghut (idol) with all its legislations and military organizations and at the same time to be a Muslim, pious, righteous and devout, praying and fasting and going on pilgrimage to the Ancient House [Mecca], and seeing the honors being desecrated and ravished day and night with his help or at least under his seeing and hearing and at the same time talking about honor, pride and dignity.

It’s the degradation and servility culture…

the Falsehood subjected for it a horrible media machine. Its goals:

A. Embellishing the criminal Crusader campaign on our lands and showing the occupiers as the noble saviors of this Ummah (nation) from Rafidi (Shiite) oppression.

B. Internalizing a solid foundation for the Taghut (idol) rule, demonizing Sharia (Islamic law) in its dearest joints, I mean Al-Wala and Al-Bara.

This previous campaign was undertook and led by the Islamic party and its leader Tareq Al-Hashimi and his helpers of apostates’ imams (chiefs),
this criminal didn’t stop especially in the last few days inviting the occupiers to stay and selling and adorning his school of thought with conceptual myths that appeal only to him and those semi-castaway Indians like him. And we remind those in Allah’s saying: "Those who take disbelievers for Auliyâ' (protectors or helpers or friends) instead of believers, do they seek honor, power and glory with them? Verily, then to Allâh belongs all honor, power and glory." [6:139] and His saying: "O you who believe! Take not for Auliyâ' (protectors or helpers or friends) disbelievers instead of believers. Do you wish to offer Allâh a manifest proof against yourselves?" [6:144]. I also remind them in Allah’s saying about the Islamic party story with the Americans and their fear from Al-Rafida oppression as they say. Allah said: "O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliyâ' (friends, protectors, helpers), they are but Auliyâ' of one another. And if any amongst you takes them (as Auliyâ'), then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allâh guides not those people who are the Zâlimûn (polytheists and wrong-doers and unjust). And you see those in whose hearts there is a disease (of hypocrisy), they hurry to their friendship, saying: "We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us." Perhaps Allâh may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves." [5:51-52]. Alt-Tabari -may Allah give him mercy-said and explained: "And He (Allah) said that he, whom took them as ally, hanif (supporter) and waley (master ) besides Allah, His messenger and the believers then he is from them [disbelievers] in uniting against Allah, His messenger and the believers. Freedom from (all) obligations (is declared) from Allâh and His Messenger (peace be upon him) to them."

Know that your God said: "You show friendship to them in secret, while I am All-Aware of what you conceal and what you reveal. And whosoever of you (Muslims) does that, then indeed he has gone (far) astray from the Straight Path." [60:1]

To those slanderers we say: Allâh has spoken the truth and you lied. Allah described for us the solution for intimidation and how to get out of it, and you described solutions and Allah is Wiser and knows best, Allah said: "And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh, and for those weak, ill-treated and oppressed among men, women, and children, whose cry is: "Our Lord! Rescue us from this town whose people are oppressors; and raise for us from You one who will protect, and raise for us from You one who will help." [6:57]. Al-Qurtubi –may Allah give mercy to his soul- said: And what is wrong with you that you fight not in the Cause of Allâh [the versus] is an incitement on Jihad and it includes rescuing the weak from idolater polytheists hands who would afflict them with a humiliating torment and kill them because of their religion, for that Allah commanded Jihad to raise His word, make His religion victorious and rescue His weak believers among His servants, even if there was loss of souls. And rescuing the prisoners is a duty on Muslims’ congregation. And rescuing the prisoners is a duty on Muslims’ congregation". those people –I mean Islamic party leaders- flipped the facts upside down and changed and effaced the religion’s basis, the proof on this is their adoption of two of the most dangerous concepts this Muslim's Ummah ever faced:

Firstly, Murjea creed in its most exposed and clearest picture, they made legal a government that two persons don't argue about its Kufr (infidelity), they even participated in it and the worst thing is that they still call for its reinforcement and fixation its bases.

Secondly, Khawarij [Dissenters] creed in debauching, tabdei [claim as inventing in religion - heresy-] and even professing the disbelief of Mujahideen and calling them Takfiris and allowing spilling of their blood and violating their families and properties while they are cold balsam on the Crusade and its soldiers.

O you, the leaders of the Islamic party, Tomorrow (the hereafter) you will stand before Allah and you will know O you Tareq who is the liar Takfiri, Is it the one who exploded himself on the doors of Abu Ghraib? Or got killed while he was releasing the heroes in Badoosh [prison]? And killed and burned the Americans revenging for Abeer? Or the one who is defending the occupation and he did not frown because of the violation of his daughters and sisters honor in the land of two rivers even if it was just for acting.

Strange is your matter [position] O people, ancient Arabs were disbelievers, worshiping stones and trees, but still they were people of virtue and dignity, repelling if their honors were scratched off, they were disbelievers but never were cowards or betrayers.

O Muslims,

the betrayal of those people is not new and did not come from need; they declared clearly that: they participated in the betrayal conferences in London and Salah U Deen [provenance] pre-invasion and occupation of Iraq, and rushed to participate in the Iraqi Caretaker Government and there were not any Rafidi (Shiite) forces or Militias. And today they want to convince the humble Sunni people that they are participating in the political process because of them. How terrible are the lies from the mouths of men. Those people fell into five catastrophes:

Firstly, they participated in helping the occupation of a Muslims’ land.

Secondly, They formed and participated in a false government outside Sharia (Islamic law) and made it legal.

Thirdly, They discouraged people from Jihad which is their religious duty.

Fourth, They cursed Mujahideen, made false accusations about them, stabbed their methodology, and today they are trying to disperse their gathering and divert their word.

Fifth, They promoted for both Irjaa and Takfir creeds among Muslims public.

After this brief introduction about the Islamic party, we would like to point out some important facts on how we deal with this entity:

Firstly, we differentiate between the party’s leaders and their followers, Allah witnesses and we declare it to the public - for no one lies about us- that we don’t consider the followers of the Islamic party as infidels and apostates, and we see them as victims of huge delusion campaign carried out by this party’s leaders.

Secondly, despite what we have said about our legitimate position from the leaders of the Islamic party that they are apostates, we announce clearly and explicitly that we will not fight them and Allah witnesses that we will not be driven in side fights with them, that serves no one but the occupation and its helpers from the Magus Rawafid, and we say to those people?!

Your history O Muslims brotherhood (group of Muslims), is filled with such disasters and catastrophes we were with you in many countries and areas. Have you ever found us carrying weapons against you or initiating fight with you?

Even your unpleasant history proves that you are ready to give up completely the most important principles of religion for power even if it was a chair on the door of a Ministry.

This is Sayyaf and Rabbani [Afghani leaders] came on the top of American tanks to Kabul, and Nahnah (Algerian savant) fought his brothers fiercely in Algeria, and today Erdogan (Turkish leader) rules with secularism and you accepted the Ministry of Women's and Environmental Affairs, even a mosque imam became the Minister of fornication and dance or the so-called Ministry of Culture, and there is no power and no might but by Allah.

Thirdly, we say to our brothers in the armed battalions who follow the Muslim brotherhood's stream; that we read the event carefully… At the same day, in which two factions of the Islamic party and its organizations declared their unity, the leaders of the Islamic party declared war on Takfiris, and they mean by that the Mujahideen of Jihadist-Salafists stream, to those brothers we say:

Those people would not dare to make such declarations, except because they thought they became stronger by such alliance, and they also thought that you are under their command in their war against Islam and Muslims, we tell you with all pain and grief, that we "by Allah" do not like you to shed a drop of our blood nor shed from you one drop of blood as long as you do not join Al-Maliki’s state army. So does it harm you O servants of Allah to be ruled by Islam?

By Allah it does not harm us to be ruled by Islam by anyone. Brothers… we do not want anything from you, just leave us to face the enemy, if we were the victorious; it is the pride of this life and the Hereafter for us and you, and if we were killed, it will be our martyrdom, and you will get rest from us, and you will not meet Allah with our blood on your hands.

And we say to the leaders of the Islamic party, yes, Allah witness on what we have mentioned already, but we do not consider starting a fight with you unless you force us [to do so]. Here are the Christians of Iraq, we did not attack them collectively [in bulk], nor siege their places despite that we have declared our position from them, and for this declaration there is a story; in Mosul City, a group of criminal gangs were active, attacked the roads and put fear in the peaceful people in the name of Jihad and Mujahideen pirating names of known Jihadi groups. So we prepared a perfect ambush for them with Allah’s might and power, caused the fall of many of them and we cleaned the land and disburdened the people from their evil. In one time, we have stormed into one of their strongholds and we found amongst their prisoners a Christian of their notables and rich people, he offered us ransom, but we refused it, treated him well, released him and gave him a message to his people, they came to us afterward with a message from their Bishop and tradesmen to pay Jizyah (tribute) in exchange for securing them.

So we wanted really to staunch [spare] their bloodshed, and we announce to all the Christians of Iraq that we accept to spare their blood and protect them, but under the conditions of Omar Ibn Al-Khattab –may Allah be pleased with him- because his condition is a continuous Sunnah [rubric] used by the leaders and scholars following him as remonstration, and made keeping it as a duty as Ibn Al-Qaiyem –may Allah give him mercy- said. The delay of our position was because we delayed the statement for its siutable time and not because of what some people thought that we do not understand fiqh of neutralizing the opponents.

The last message that I would like to address to all our sincere lovers who are interested in young State of Islam, I say to them:

What you hear in the media channels about a fight between us and other Mujahideen groups and blessed tribes is absolute lies, fabrication, and last desperate move to rip the Jihadi rank. and when we announced the State of Islam, we expected this and more because the Kufr project as a whole is exposed to an earthquake that shakes its bases, for the greatest Idol-This era Pharaoh- started bringing up every well-versed sorcerer, so the Al-Arabiya, Al-Iraqia, Al-Hurra, Al-Jazeera channels TV and every invention and desires of man, everyone of them is trying to convince people that the State of Islam soldiers are liars and kill innocent and poor people, while they [Channels and Inventors] know who is lying, and that day is close when they will return disgraceful.

Who shot down the warplanes, stormed the jails, destroyed the minesweepers and tanks and made American bases as a level smooth plain. And the massacre of Americans in Diala is not far from you.

And I’d like to assure every zealous Muslim on status of the young and blessed State of Islam, we and as the enemy himself admits day and night control over 80% of Diala, Mosul and Salah U Deen, and we have the reins of power in Al Anbar and our hits pain the occupiers in Baghdad and Kirkuk.

And finally we tell to Bush and Al-Maliki:

Perish in your rage…

we will stay by Allah’s might and preservation a thorn in your gorge.

Allah is the Greatest

Honor, Power and Glory belong to Islam and Muslims.

A transcript of Al-Sheikh Al-Mujahid Abu Hamza Al-Muhajer, Ameer of Al-Qaida in Mesopotamia, voice message entitled

“O’ Come to a just word”

In The name of Allah, The Most Gracious, The Most Merciful

Praise be to Allah, Lord of power and rule, deemed far above tyranny, the one and eternal, the one who heareth each plea, the one who removes the distress and scourge.

And Peace and blessings of Allah be upon the one whom was sent with the obvious signs, unquestionable sense, a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner and as the one who invites to Allah’s grace by his leave and as a lamp spreading light.

Here after..

In observance of Ramadan, the blessed month of Jihad and Martyrdom, I felicitate the Islamic nation in general, and Al-Mujahideen on the frontlines in particular. I pray to Allah for it (Ramadan) to be that of height, victory and empowerment to our Ummah (Islamic nation).

My first message:
First, I would like to address the chosen people of Allah (godly people), whom he commended in his precious book and honored by associating them with his Almighty name and that of his angles. Allah, The Exalted in Might, sayth:

“There is no god but He: That is the witness of Allah, His angels, and those endued with knowledge, standing firm on justice. There is no god but He, the Exalted in Power, the Wise.” 003.018

To those who were endued with knowledge and who fear Allah, Allah sayth:

“Those truly fear Allah, among his servants, who have knowledge” 35.28

To those whom Allah have selected to guard in the book in the hearts, Allah sayth:

“Nay, here are Signs self-evident in the hearts of those endowed with knowledge: and none but the unjust reject Our Signs.” 029.049

To those who stand guard the goodness of our Ummah (by meeting the condition mentioned in verse), Allah, The Exalted in Might, sayth:

“Ye are the best of peoples, evolved for mankind, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, and believing in Allah.” 003.110

To those who got their share of the legacy of the prophet Mohammed, peace and blessings be upon him.

To those whom were ordered to lay out charity and to enlighten, solidify and unite people, Allah sayth:

“If ye differ in anything among yourselves, refer it to Allah and His Messenger, if ye do believe in Allah and the Last Day: That is best, and most suitable for final determination.” 004.059

To those whom Allah set an example of to be the first to answer to the call of Jihad, Allah sayth:

“How many of the prophets fought (in Allah’s way), and with them (fought) Large bands of godly men? but they never lost heart if they met with disaster in Allah’s way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast.”
003.146

Ibn Abbas and Al-Hasan, scholars, said:
“Where are you from the fighting and killing (the aggressors) in the name of Allah?”

Needless to say that the scholars’ main task is to guide people in good times and in times of distress, Allah, The Exalted in Might, sayth:

“All that they said was: “Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith.” 003.147

O’ Our respected scholars, your sincere role and the character of your work should stem from the covenant Allah has taken on you, Allah, The Exalted in Might, sayth:

“And remember Allah took a covenant from the People of the Book, to make it known and clear to mankind, and not to hide it” 003.187

Fellow scholars, today we are faced with issues relating to our survival and honor that otherwise (in previous times), would have challenged the great four imams. A fatwa is urgently needed in such issues. Caliphate Omar Al-Farouq was the voice of the truth (the articulate) according to the prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, yet he feared that his judgments were wrong. If this is the case with Omar, what would an ordinary Muslim (layman) refer to in times (nowadays) where ignorance prevails?

O’ Our honored scholars,
O’ dignified masters,
Hear us well.
We are coming.
We are victorious.
We are victorious.
And may be it will be quite soon.
And may be it will be quite soon.

And perhaps in the lives of many of you, and then, we will never abandon you, for you are our fathers and brothers (our lifeblood), the pride of our Ummah (nation), glory of our religion and the heirs of the Prophet.

If you are to give up on us, we shall not.
And if you elect to desert us, we shall follow your footsteps and cling to you because you are the source of enlightenment and guidance.

If any of you are to stumble on or slips to lust or a suspicion, we shall hold our tongues and guard his honor unless in doing so would guide others (assumed misinterpretation) to wrongdoings.

We are not a stray gang and we are not people of a craze nor are we advocates of such.
We are men, who have witnessed the humiliation of our religion (rolling snowball) as a sweeping flood descending our nation forth to the abyss of ignorance.

With our skulls and bones (sacrifice), we have walled off (fortified - protected) your honor and religion. Today, we are witnessing the (fortification) growing stronger and firmer in the face of infidels’ waves (attacks) smashing to diminishment.

And then (when we have secured all that), we are back to settle in the land the tree of Islam (empowerment) and to nurture it to fruitfulness. We shall then say to you, take it (fruitfulness) and enjoy it with right good cheer.

The birds of evil are circling above the lands and we are afraid that they might snatch off our struggle and toil.

Our stream of blood (sacrifice) in Iraq is great, more than 4,000 Muhajireen (forsaking) and many more (quadruple) of Ansar (providers/supporters) of goodness and blessings

Our Dear scholars,
Today, we are at a crossroads and we ask you to assume responsibility (take the Trust).
Don’t fail us. By Allah, don’t fail us because we need you.
We promise you no security (safety) but a Jihad (we promise you) for the sake of Allah and (we promise you that our manners) to be at the limits Allah has set for us.

We have nothing more precious than our blood, we lay down at will so for the ship of Islam to continue sailing (empowerment of Islam). We ask you to guide us and enlighten our way and to take control of it (ship) according to The Holy Quran and the tradition of our prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. If you are to decline taking control, then you are not to blame us if we are to answer to the present challenge and take control of it and move on to our establishment in land.

Dear true scholars, let’s arguably assume that Al-Azhar sheikh and Mufti of Hijaz are the ones instructing Al-Mujahideen and that the Mufti of Al-Sham is serving as an error check, would you think our nation would be better off? (Sarcasm that those mentioned have not done a real tangible work to protect Ummah).

Oh revered scholars, leadership should be spearheaded (undertaken) by an individual of correct perception and knowledge, and that is what Allah has endued on you, scholars.

A good, cohesive and strong society is the one in which scholars prevail and in which individuals know their rights and duties.

“When there comes to them some matter touching (Public) safety or fear, they divulge it. If they had only referred it to the Messenger, or to those charged with authority among them, the proper investigators would have Tested it from them (direct).” 004.083

I seize this instance to remind you of the blind sheikh Omar Abdurrahman. He is detained in the US and being subjected to various physical and psychological torture for no reason but because he rejected Evil and believed in the oneness of Allah.
To him, I say, have no fear, and verily, with every difficulty there is a relief.
Dear beloved sheikh, those who stand firm on the covenant are plenty.
Your loyal sons are still with you and as you have left them, unchanged, but have become more certain and insightful of Evil
Have no grieve for those who were retreated in defeat, may Allah forgive them for some of their (past and present other) good work, he (Allah) is the most merciful.

I also appeal to all free Mujahideen in the land of two rivers to work hard in this holy month for the sake of Allah. May Allah grant us the opportunity to capture some of the Roman dogs (crusaders) so to serve as an exchange prisoners to set free our sheikh and save him from the darkness of prison; as a confirmation of our allegiance, loyalty and love (to him).

My second message:
And my second message is to those who sacrificed so much, and endured the agony, which only Allah knows what.
And also to tribal sheikhs (chiefs) who have stood with us, privately and publicly, and provided us with money and men.
I say: May Almighty Allah reward and requite thee for us with all good. You are people of generosity, courage and daring.
If one is to take oath that you are most revered people on earth, one would not perjure.
There will be a day, dear revered sheiks (chiefs), that we shall carry you on our shoulders and heads (glorify) and call upon people:
Thee are our pride (fathers). Bring forth like thee men.

And for those traitors who stood alongside with and became the spying eyes and mouthpieces of the occupiers and their aides, and who have betrayed their land, people and beliefs, and who ended up in despair in military bases and some have fled the land leaving behind their families and properties, imprecated by Allah and cursed by their people, to those I would like to say:
In this holy month of Ramadan, the month of the amnesty and pardon. Today we declare a general amnesty.
For each of you, we have waived our right to avenge for our blood that was shed at your hands (as a consequence of your treason). Our hands reach out to you in forgiveness and our arms are stretched out in welcome to you, again… so come back… do come back once again… to your land, people and your religion… we grant you safety as long as you repent before you fall into our grip and on the following conditions
- That you announce your sincere repentance before a gathering of your tribe and to inform us (by a mean) of you repentance for the fear of error and slippage on our part.
- And that you work hand by hand with your bothers, Al-Mujahideen, so we can liberate our land and enjoy peace again.

The duration of this amnesty is the month of Ramadan and will expire at the end of it.

May Allah be our witness that we are honest and sincere (in our reach out to you)… with love.

My third message:
And my last message is to the people of distinctive competencies, and highly experienced scientists in all fields and disciplines, chemistry, physics, management and electronics, information… etc. and in particular nuclear scientists and explosives specialists..
We say to you, we are in dire need for your experience. The battlefields of Jihad will satisfy your ambitions… American bases serve as the best test fields for your non-traditional bombs… such as germ warfare and the so called dirty-bombs.

In the end and with pleasure I am announcing the launch of a new military campaign, Al-Fateh Al-Mobien (Operation Manifest Victory).

With it, we shall eradicate the infidels, apostates and the hypocrites with the help of Allah, the Exalted in Might, The Wise.

“And Allah hath full power and control over His affairs; but most among mankind know it not.” 012.021
