JamaatShariat.com published a statement issued in the name of Dagestani Mujahideen. The Mujahideen swear allegiance to the newly appointed amir of Dagestan Front:

"Military units of the Dagestan Front (Jamaat Shariat) and Muslims of Wilayah Dagestan of the Emirate of Caucasus swear allegiance to amir Mu'adh ('Umar Sheykhullayev)."

The statement also contains congratulations to Muslims on the occasion of Eid al-Adha:

"Mujahideen of the Dagestan Front congratulate all Muslim on the occasion of Eid al-Adha festival! We congratulate all our Mujahideen brothers of all fronts and sectors of the Emirate of Caucasus."

Mujahideen of Wilayah Ghalghaycho have issued a statement clarifying targets for their attacks. "Statement by the Command of the Armed Forces of Wilayah Ghalghaycho of the Emirate of Caucasus" was posted Tuesday on Hunafa.com web-site, on behalf of the Informational-analytical department of the headquarters of the Armed Forces of Wilayah Ghalghaycho of the Emirate of Caucasus. We publish the translation in an abridged form.

"Incidents when population is intimidated became more frequent in the territory of Wilayah Ghalghaycho recently. Leaflets on behalf of Mujahideen of the Emirate of Caucasus with demands to stop activity or bring it in line with the Sharia are left at food stalls, cafés, hairdressers' shops, food shops. Moreover, even small merchants selling personal hygiene products face such demands.

We face a complicated task of strengthening positions of the legitimate Islamic authority of the Emirate of Caucasus, adjusting all its mechanisms till they function properly, unconditional execution of a will proclaimed by our ruler in all territory of the Emirate, and many others.

To achieve these goals we must not scatter our efforts, we need to concentrate on main directions and problems on the path to Sharia, and they are, in the first place:

1. Full liberation of the Emirate of Caucasus from presence of military, police and any other structural divisions and officials of a kafir regime, regardless of its national belonging.
2. Organizing the Islamic education (Da'wah) among the population of the Emirate.
3. Social protection of Muslims (families of martyrs in the first place).
4. Fight against spreading of alcohol and narcotics.
5. Fight against debauchery, in all its manifestations (prostitution, gambling business).

In this connection, Informational-analytical department of the headquarters of the armed forces of Wilayah Ghalghaycho of the Emirate of Caucasus officially declares that at this moment subjects to our attacks are exclusively:

- persons who physically hinder spreading of Islam and establishment of Sharia, or actively calling others to do it;

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the worlds. May peace and blessings be upon the Leader of all Mujahideen, Prophet Muhammad, his family, his companions and all those who followed him till the day of Judgment!

I congratulate all Muslims on the occasion of the blessed festival of Eid al-Adha (Kurban Bayram). I particularly greet and congratulate Mujahideen fighting in Jihad on the straight path of the Lord of the Worlds in order to elevate the Word of Allah and restore law and justice.

I also greet and congratulate all those who help warriors of Allah to the extent of their possibilities – with property, action, word or supplication.

Mujahideen of Caucasus made an extremely important step in their destiny a year ago, during the sacred month of Ramadan, declaring the Islamic State – the Emirate of Caucasus.

Caucasus: Municipal Official Abducted in Dagestan 245 Reads

A municipal official was abducted in Dagestan Tuesday. Unknown attackers stopped Mercedes-Benz SUV with Salim Salimov, head of administration of Chokh village in Gunibsky district, and took away him and his 22-years-old nephew, police told RIA Dagestan. Salimov's empty car was found 4 PM on the 133th km of Makhachkala-Gunib road, it had a bullet hole in its windshield, but no traces of blood or struggle were found, prosecutor's office told Regnum.

Two weapons caches and two Mujahideen bases were reportedly found by kuffar in Buynaksky district of Dagestan. The first cache was found in a forest near Gergentala village Tuesday, it contained a sniper rifle, bomb components, food and syringes. The base was found in a cave near Manasaul village Tuesday, it was suitable for living of 6-7 people, and was left 2-3 days ago.

Another base was found near Gergentala Wednesday, and the weapons cache with explosives was found nearby, police told RIA Dagestan.

One person was killed in a roadside bomb explosion early Thursday in Khasavyurt. The 400 g explosive device detonated on the crossroads of Magidov and Gorky streets around 2:45 AM, killing a 69-years-old female street sweeper, police told RIA Dagestan.

Caucasus: Two Mujahideen Martyred near Jokhar 273 Reads

Two Mujahideen were killed today near Jokhar. Two Mujahideen in Sadovoye village refused to surrender and were killed in ensuing shootout, Chechen Interior Ministry member told ITAR-TASS. The Mujahideen were identified as Anzor Salgiriyev, 21, and Ibragim Maskhudov, 18. Last Saturday three Chechen police from the "oil regiment" were killed in a bomb blast in the same village.

Two Mujahideen were killed Wednesday in Jokhar. Deputy Chechen interior minister Roman Edilov told Interfax, that the two Mujahideen killed in a shootout with Chechen police were fighting under command of Amir Dokka Abu 'Uthman. One of them was identified as Rasul Mutayev, a Groznensky district resident.
