My greetings to the courageous commander and my honorable leader: Sheikh Usama bin Laden (may allah protect him and his followers.)
And I hope from Allah the highest, the Capable that this salutation reaches you while you are in ease adn good health.
Allah knows how much we long for your meeting and the delight of your gentle voice.
Oh Muslims!
Do not be deceived by lying or false hopes, and do not excuse yourself with weak excuses
and do not philosophize with invalid arguments
Indeed the issue is bigger than what you think,
and we raise against youu the evidence and call upon you to march forth to take part in the preparation
And we warn you from the word of the Protector the exalted, so do not pretend inability and weakness in front of the enemy's fire
Here are the training camps in Soma;lia and elsewhere that have open their doors so that you join them,
so be truthful with Allah and answer the call of Jihad
Oh Muslim youth everywhere, fon't forget the calls of your brothers in Somalia, as if they are repeating all the time
Oh muhajirins, Oh muhajirins Will anyone respond?
Will you not rush to the help of your brothers in the army of difficulty?
And we are waiting for the reinforcement From Sudan and Yemen of wisdom and faith
In the name of Allah the merciful the most gracious
Prais is due to Allah, protector of the righteous
The one you disgraces idolatry and the disbelievers
And peace and blessings be upon the prophet of mercy and war,
leader of the Mujahidin and master of the messengers
and his family, his pure companions and anyone who follows his way until the Day of Judgement
To proceed

I ask Allah to join us in the a bode of his generosity and the place of his mercy (i.e. Paradise)
He is the manager of that and the one capable of it
My sheikh
The heart offers you thousand greetings
Combined with my love and humbleness
My salutation is nostalgia and my love is permanent
Filled with the truth of the emotions of the poets
Likewise aI greet the lions of the forest in Iraq and Afghanistan,
and the linons of war in Palestine and Chechnya
And the army of tawheed in the Maghreb and elsewhere
My salutations to oyou and to every free man
Who for the sake of the religion offers the worldly life
And the swords of the swordsmen have been drawn
Like an emerging lightning follows by thunders
And to every fighter who carries the sword in the face of the cross,
to my companions of the path,
to the intimates of my road,
to the targeted Islamic nation
My love for you is not hidden
How could it be while every eye expresses
with the love of Allah the exalted I love you
Love which illuminate the sides of my heart
Oh Musluims I am not speaking to you today about the deep wounds of our nation,
or about its abundant victories, indeed our
knowledgeable leaders have dealt with that
but starting with His saying (The most high)
Then fight in the Cause of Allah, you arenot held responsile
except for youself, and incite the believers
it may be that Allah will restrain the evil might of the disbelievers.
And Allah is Stronger in Might and Stonger in punishing.
I would like to pause on some issues
Imam abu da'ud narrated in his book, from Thawbaan that the messenger of Allah (pbuh) said:
It is feared that the nations will attack you from all sides,
just as those who eat attack their platter
someone said oh messenger of Allah is it due to our small numbers at that time?
He said you are numerous at that time, but you are like the foam of the stream.
And Allah will removed your fear from the heart of your enemy and He will put weakness into your heart.
He said and what is weakness? Oh messenger of Allah! He said love of this worldly life and hatred of death
Imam abu da'ud narrated also in his book
If you trade in Inah 9usury), and hold onto the tails of cows, and became content with farming, and leave jihad,
Allah will impose on you a humiliation that wouldnot be taken away until you go back to your religion.
These two hadiths give a clear diagnostic of the chronicle diseases of our nation
and describe the causes of decline of our state of affairs and the rushing of the enemy upon us.
the path to salvation from this painful reality
The diseases of our nation is as stated in the two hadiths
that it loved the worldly life, hated death and left Jihad, so it befalls it what befallsit of degradation ,and humiliation
at the hands of the sons of apes and pigs (i.e. Jews) and the worshipers of the cross i.e. Christians
And our enemy attacked the country
In our air, on land and in the desert
In every inch of my land is a criminal
Will the eyes after that rest?
So the path to salvation is evidently clear, and it is as has informed us the truthful and trustworthy (pbuh)
He would not be taken away until you go back to your religion
And this return is done by performing Jihad as mentioned in the first hadith, and this cannot be achieved except through preparation and training,
Allah the most High says:
And make ready against them all you can of power,
including steeds of war (tanks, planes, missiles, artillery, etc.)
to terrorize the enemy of Allah and you enemey, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allah does know.
And the messenger (pbuh) explained that th ePower here is shooting by his saying:
Power is the ability to shoot,
Power is the ability to shoot,
Power is the ability to shoot,
As-San'any said in "subul salam"
The hadith stated the meaning of power in this vere to mean shooting arrows,
because that was the custom in the timne of the prophet, and includes shooting riffles at the idolaters
and the transgressors because preparation is only done with what one is accustomed to
Thus one who does not perfect the shooting is not called one who prepares of power
